In the right pane double click "turn off aero shake windows minimizing mouse gesture"> select [Enable] and click [OK]. 
-Disable aero snapHow to disable aero snap is:
* Go to [Control Panel], click [ease of acces]> click [ease of acces center]> click [Make the mouse Easier to use]* You can check the "Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when to the edge of the screen". Click OK.
4. Perform defrakmentasi hard disk at least once a month
[Start]> [all programs]> [Accessories]> [System tools]> [disk defragmenter]. Select one drive and then click [defragment].
5. Turn off unnecessary applications run at startup.
[Start]> type "msconfig" in the search box and press [enter]> Click on the tab [startup]> uncheck run applications that are not necessary at startup. Click OK.
6. Disable unneeded services
[Start]> type "services"> press [enter]. Right click on the service that would be disabled and then click [Properties]. Click [Disable] if you want service do not always run at the lighted windows, or click [stop] to turn it off. Click [OK].
7. Using all cores for booting.
Computers with many processor cores, you should use all the cores at the time of booting windows. To arrange for all cores used when windows boot can be done by:
* Log on system configuration by clicking [start] then type "msconfig" and press [enter]Click the [boot]> select [operating system windows 7].* Click the [advanced options], so that the dialog box appears advan ce boot option, put a check in the [Number of processor] and then select the number of processors.
